The TTHOTEL system is an advanced hotel access control solution designed to operate with compatible TTLOCK-based hotel locks. Unlike the standard TTLOCK mode, TTHOTEL mode follows the same operating logic as traditional hotel lock systems, where access permissions, valid check-in periods, and authorised lock lists are written directly onto the guest access card.

This makes the system ideal for hotels, guest houses, lodges, apartments, Airbnb-style rentals, and other hospitality environments requiring secure, controlled, and time-limited guest access.

Hotel-Style Operation

TTHOTEL mode differs from the standard TTLOCK operating mode by replicating the logic of traditional hotel lock systems.

Guest access information, including authorised rooms, access duration, and valid check-in period, is written directly onto the access card. This ensures that guest cards only work during the paid booking period and automatically become invalid once the authorised stay expires.

Multiple Access Methods

The TTHOTEL system offers flexible access options for both guests and hotel staff.

Access methods include:

Online Control with G2 or G3 Gateways

The system can operate offline without gateways. However, installing compatible G2 or G3 gateways unlocks the full online functionality of the hotel access control system.

With a gateway installed, you can:

TTHOTEL Card Encoder

The TTHOTEL Card Encoder is an essential component of the system and is used to encode contactless access cards.

The encoder connects directly to the USB port of the administrator’s computer and is compact, reliable, and easy to operate. It allows hotel staff to issue guest cards, staff cards, and other access cards directly from the TTHOTEL Windows software.

TTHOTEL Windows Software

The TTHOTEL Windows Software is the main administration platform for your hotel access control system.

The software is free to use and is designed to manage:

• Electronic hotel locks
• Guest access cards
• Staff access cards
• PIN code access
• Smartphone access
• Energy-saving switches
• Barrier and gate control systems
• Access permissions and lock groups

Through the software, administrators can create and manage access for guests and staff, assign access periods, configure locks, and control access levels across the property.

Please note: TTHOTEL is not a full PMS system. It does not manage payments, reservations, booking channels, Airbnb communication, or accounting functions. For PMS integration, an open SDK is available for further development and integration.

TTHOTEL Mobile App

The TTHOTEL App is the mobile management tool for hotel administrators.

The app allows authorised users to:

The TTHOTEL app is free and can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play by searching for “TTHOTEL.”

TTHOTEL Guest App

The TTHOTEL Guest App allows guests to open authorised doors using their smartphone.

To use this feature, the guest simply downloads the free TTHOTEL Guest app and provides their phone number to reception. The administrator can then assign access remotely, allowing the guest to unlock authorised hotel doors using their smartphone during the valid check-in period.

This provides a convenient, modern access solution for guests and reduces the need for physical key cards in selected situations.
