Yes. The buyer covers return shipping. Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items showing signs of installation, damage, contamination or wear won’t qualify.
Yes — free courier on orders over R1000 (T’s & C’s apply). Coverage is limited to main provincial city centres; remote areas are excluded unless serviced by our designated courier provider.

No. Due to manufacturer policies and testing prior to dispatch, electrical and electronic items are not returnable.
Returns must be communicated within 5 days of purchase. Items must be securely packaged (e.g., bubble wrap), complete with all contents, and in resalable condition. Damage from poor packaging will be rejected; collection/redelivery is the buyer’s responsibility.
No. Price-based return requests are not accepted under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Most new products include a 6-month limited warranty unless otherwise stated on the product. Second-hand parts are sold without warranty.
Electronics: Not returnable once fitted. Claims require a certified diagnostic report confirming the fault prior to purchase. Burnt alternators, starters, sensors and regulators are excluded.
TCU/Mechatronics: Reconditioned units carry a 3-month warranty; new units carry a 6-month warranty — both only if correctly programmed and installed by RMI-accredited personnel.
Android radios: 6-month limited warranty if installed by MVA Spares or an accredited auto electrician with proof of fitment. No cash refunds; store credit may be issued at our discretion. Courier charges are non-refundable.
Installation must be by MVA Spares, a qualified automotive technician, or an RMI-accredited service centre, following OEM specifications (correct torque, gaskets, lubricants, calibration, approved tools).
Fitment job card, installation invoice, odometer reading, accreditation of fitment centre, and a certified diagnostic report.
